Lauren Weber is an Emmy and Critics' Choice–nominated producer, writer, and director whose work spans television, film, and most recently, books.
She is the creator, executive producer, and director of Love in Fairhope, a Hulu original series produced in partnership with Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine and narrated by Heather Graham, as well as Skin Decision: Before and After, the critically acclaimed Netflix docuseries nominated for both an Emmy and a Critics’ Choice Award.
Lauren began her television career at Good Morning America, where she learned the fast-paced world of live TV before going on to work for Barbara Corcoran (of Shark Tank) and help launch her production company. From there, she moved into development and long-form storytelling, producing a wide range of projects—from big-format unscripted series like America’s Next Top Model to the feature-length documentary Katy Perry: Part of Me for Paramount Studios. She developed and sold shows for Discovery Studios (City Girl Diaries for Style) and Fremantle Media (Married to Medicine: Houston for Bravo), laying the foundation for a versatile and entrepreneurial producing career.

In her second decade, Lauren became a sought-after showrunner across multiple platforms and genres. She helmed headline-making hits like The Hills: New Beginnings for MTV, Bravo’s Shahs of Sunset and Summer House, and continued to develop content that blends pop culture, purpose, and mass appeal. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, Glamour, USA Today, and Allure.
Through her independent production company, Tremont Road, Lauren has sold three original series, showcasing her creative range and vision. In the year ahead, she will debut her first novel—a hilariously heartfelt novel inspired by true events—alongside a groundbreaking international project.
